The Pan Africanist Congress (PAC) of Azania notes the judgement and sanction meted out by the Constitutional Court against the former President of the country Mr Jacob Gedlayihlekisa Zuma. The actions of JG Zuma must never be isolated from the general of the ANC when entrusted with state resources.
The PAC believes the rot is not just with the former President but with the entire ANC as an organization. Jacob Zuma committed the malfeasance he is accused of on the watch of the ANC and its structures. Infact ANC and its structures were hard at work looting prior, during and after JG Zuma’s administration. It is disingenuous for ANC, its structures and Ramaphosa to attribute all the rot only to Mr JG Zuma!
The courts and law enforcement bodies must be vigilant not to be used by different factions withing the ANC to advance their selfish ends!
It is correct that JG Zuma is not above the law and his conduct of behaving with impunity had to be arrested, but the same drastic steps taken by CC against Msholozi must be extended all ANC leaders who have abused their offices for self enrichment, corruption and abuse of state resources including but not limited to President Cyril Ramaphosa.
We reject attempts by Carl Niehaus, Mapatsoe and other “so called RET” forces to use our people as cannon fodder to defend their corrupt practices. Let them face the music on their own, beniyidla nodwa lemali! We call upon our people to distance themselves from intra-ANC factions whose only mission is to loot and eat whilst majority of our people are ravaged by poverty, unemployment and complete exclusion to the country’s economy.
