#SobukweDeservesBetter

Did you know?

When Sobukwe became the leader of PAC in 1959 the Broederbond front organisations, the South African Bureau of Racial Affairs (SABRA) invited him and his executive committee to a private meeting. But Sobukwe rejected the suggestion that the meeting should be private and secret. He demanded that Africans should be part of the audience with the right to ask questions from both sides. The Boers never forgave him for that snub.  In later years ANC agreed to such.
